Our purchase agreement may allow us to assign it to another buyer, who would then complete the purchase on the terms of that agreement.

We Do Not Represent You

You are welcome to have an attorney, a real estate agent or another professional review any offer or agreement before you sign it.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the price of any offer, or any particular tax result, credit result or legal result.

Fees

We do not charge you a fee to ask for an offer or to talk with us about selling your property.

Calls and Text Messages

When you submit one of our forms, you agree that As-Is Home Buyer may contact you by phone, text message and email at the contact information you provided, including by automated dialing technology, about selling your property. By giving consent, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number, and you agree to tell us if you stop using it.

• Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• You can also ask us to stop calls or texts at any time by telling us in any reasonable way.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
